Sean Salji began his career at the firm in Citadel Global Equities in 2005. Rising to become one of our most successful portfolio managers, he became the regional head of our equities business in London from 2015 to 2017. In 2018, he returned to lead Surveyor Capital’s expansion in Europe until he became the Head of International Equities uniting the firm’s broader equities businesses outside of North America. In July 2023, Sean became a Senior Advisor to International Equities.
Prior to joining Citadel, Sean was Assistant Vice President for the research division at Merrill Lynch Europe.
Sean holds a bachelor’s and a master’s degree in natural sciences from the University of Cambridge.
